# Refunds & returns **Last updated:** 23 July 2026 Returns and refunds for marketplace orders are handled through the order panel (including RMA where enabled). Eligibility depends on the order status, agreed commercial terms, Incoterms, and any inspection or quality clauses between buyer and supplier. In broker / operator-invoicing phases, refunds of Platform-collected payments are assessed by the operator after review of the dispute or RMA. Shipping, duties, and bank fees already incurred may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed. Contact support via your panel for assistance.
