Buyers trust dossiers over marketing claims. Here’s what we check, how long it takes, and when your portal unlocks.
Verification checklist
Prepare these before you submit. Incomplete packs slow review more than anything else.
- Business registration / NTN details matching your trading name
- Factory or office address with contactable phone
- Export product categories and sample capability note
- At least one trade reference or prior shipment evidence (preferred)
- Add bank details for settlements in Payouts — Open Payouts

Register as supplier
Create your exporter account and organization profile.

Submit verification
Upload documents from your supplier panel request-verification flow.

Platform review
Typical first review within a few business days; we may ask for clarifications.

Portal unlock
After approval and portal activation, live catalog, RFQs, and orders unlock. You can draft listings earlier during onboarding.
Portal access rules
- Unverified exporters can register, build draft listings, and request verification. Live catalog, RFQs, and orders unlock after review and portal activation (when marketplace mode requires it).
- Verified status is platform attestation of checks completed — not a product compliance certificate for your buyer’s market.
- Portal access can be paused if documents expire, disputes escalate, or terms are breached.
- Team invites use operable roles (member / purchaser / admin). Viewer invites cannot open the supplier panel.
- Settlements are paid manually by Connect2Pakistan ops using the bank details you save in Payouts — not automatic transfers.
